Now this software gives me a funny feeling. A really funny feeling. It’s got all the full capabilities of a terminal, but all the unnecessary flare of a Hollywood style on screen computer screen. The excessiveness is hilarious, entertaining, and sometimes downright inspiring.
I will sometimes use this terminal to do my VIM editing and coding, just so that I can feel like I’m in a movie like BlackHat or the 90’s movie Hacker. I’ve even toyed with the idea of trying to get it to run on a tablet, so that I can more effectively use the onscreen keyboard the software provides.
All in all, it’s a nice flair that can be easily added to an ever changing repertoire of tools in your pocket to excite, entertain, and talk about. Combine this terminal with the “Power Mode” extension and you’re all set to live that “hacker” life.
